June 06 and 07, 2025 | Genoni – Giara Plateau

Two days dedicated to the environment, discovery and fun, designed for children of all ages. “Schools in Nature” is a special event that celebrates biodiversity and the value of environmental education through immersive experiences in the pristine nature of the Giara, among wild horses, ancient volcanoes and lush forests.

A unique opportunity to discover biodiversity in an extraordinary setting, with guided hikes, recreational-educational activities, ecological games and shows for the whole family.
A simple and engaging way to introduce new generations to respect for nature and knowledge of their territory.

Event schedule.

• 8:30 a.m. – Departure by shuttle bus to the Giara Plateau
• 9:00 a.m. – Excursions begin – Activities diversified by age groups:
  Preschool: Safari in a van in search of the Giara Horses
  1st and 2nd primary classes: Short excursion with biodiversity treasure hunt
  3rd, 4th and 5th primary classes: Thematic walk to Zeppara Manna volcano
  Secondary school: Nature trekking in the woods to Zeppara Manna

Return by van and bus to Genoni

• 11 a.m. – Arrival at PARC – Snack and play activities with Great Games GLE
  Guided tours of CEAS and wooden games will be available during also June 07
• 12 noon – Comedy-acrobatic show for all ages: La Ditta Vigliacci – Circus, comedy and acrobatics for all ages
• 1:00 p.m. – Social lunch all together
