Children and young people are guided by a museum educator between theory and practice in the discovery of museums, through an enjoyable educational and dynamic path by adapting the various activities to the age groups of young visitors. During the activity there is an opportunity to come into contact with museum exhibits and contents in order to bring children and young people as close as possible to the topics covered.
In the educational laboratory present at PARC, there is scientific equipment: microscopes, microscalpels and computers; used with the utmost safety and with the constant accompaniment of specialized operators.
Parents, meanwhile, may choose to visit the Civic Museum of the Giara Horse and the former convent of the Observant Friars Minor. The first part of the day concludes with a visit to the PARC and lunch all together to be held either packed, if desired in the large garden and square in front of the former convent of the Friars Minor Observant, or at the Cuaddus e Tellas farmhouse, where, among other things, in addition to enjoying some excellent dishes, it is possible to admire a herd of Cavallini della Giara.
At the conclusion of the trail, a guided walk through the beautiful Giara Park in search of wild horses takes place in the afternoon.
The route is tailored to your needs and schedule; it usually starts at 10 a.m., which is ideal for completing the entire route in peace.
